Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, INC. (TCCO) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that began operation in January, 2007.
Linda Segrest, Executive Director and founder of TCCO, has a diverse background working with juvenile delinquents, developmentally delayed individuals and drug and alcohol addiction. During her 14 years of hands-on experience (eight (8) years as a counselor working with juvenile delinquents, four (4) years as a Case Manager working with developmentally delayed individuals and two (2) years working with drug and alcohol addicted individuals), she watched young men and women return to crime because they could not find employment to support themselves and/or their families. Linda also witnessed, first hand, the effect an incarcerated and/or disabled parent had on children. Because of her love for people and the desire to help improve the lives of the people that are at risk of failure, she believes that the “whole” has to be involved in the process in order for lives to change.
