Trinity Partners
Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc. (TCCO) has a strong volunteer support group with a vision for enhancing the quality of life for our participants through our collaborative partnerships.
TCCO places emphasis on supportive and recovery services, education, social activities, family and community involvement. It is considered imperative that the needs of our participants are met without obvious social inhibitions. Project Opportunity is a very aggressive attempt to provide meaningful support service to our most vulnerable, needy residents in the community.
The success we have experienced has been a result of the collaborative relationships with local businesses and other community-based organizations and our volunteer staff. To ensure we maintain the support of our collaborative partners, we will make available upon request the status of our program to include successes and gaps in service. Collaborative partners have an open invitation to our quarterly Board of Directors and monthly team meetings.
TCCO will hold an annual Collaborative Partner Banquet as a fundraiser and as an opportunity to recognize those partners that have “faithfully” supported Project Opportunity throughout the year. Collaborative Partners are:
